Check that “issue certificate” button process was completed after inspection entered.
Check that the pool was not inspected using “Non-compliant (no certificate issued; please use "owners request" option for non-compliance certificate) inspection type.
Check that pool was inspected using Non-compliant: inspection at owner's request inspection type.
Check that certificate is for the most current dated inspection.
Although inspections can be superseded by an inspection with a later date/time, please do not create additional incorrect inspection records - which will require further administrative remediation.
DFSI have recently upgraded the register to be able to remove incorrect records however account holders need to take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of information they enter on the Register
We need to ensure that requests to remove inspections are administrative errors only. Please send the remediation request to DFSI via Feedback Widget (Suggestion)
