Look up property by address

This search will provide a valid Registration Certificate and Compliance/Non-Compliance Certificate (if issued). You can view the attachments and save the certificates to your computer.

Most Properties for Sale require a valid Occupation or Compliance or Non-Compliance Certificate and for Lease require a valid Occupation or Compliance Certificate. See Information Tab.

If your search does not return a valid pool Compliance Certificate, it does not mean that the pool is not compliant; it may be that the inspection process is yet to be completed. You should contact your local council for further information.

If your address is not on https://maps.six.nsw.gov.au/ it will not be on the pool register. Please contact Spatial Services regarding the address database  SS-Addressing@finance.nsw.gov.au
