Properties for lease require a valid certificate of compliance and for sale purposes either a valid certificate of compliance or non-compliance.

If your search does not return a valid certificate, it may be that the inspection process is yet to be completed. The pool owner can follow this up with the council or private pool inspector engaged for the barrier compliance inspection.
