If your pool/spa was recently registered and you cannot publicly view the registration certificate please use the feedback widget light-bulb option to query this issue.
If your pool/spa was recently inspected and you cannot view the compliance or non-compliance certificate, please contact the council inspector or private certifier who completed the inspection.
They are legislated to enter the inspection information within 3 business days after the inspection.
