Not receiving registration link email

Please note that your email provider may have default email filtering set up. For example Gmail may be in primary mode with social/promotions/updates/forums Tabs OR Hotmail may be in focused and other inbox mode. 

Please check these and junk or spam folders in the first instance. 

 

Please save spoolr@customerservice.nsw.gov.au to your safe sender list and use this address to search for any emails you think you may not have received.  

 

 

Do not repeatedly try to register if the first email link didn’t arrive; this will create a backlog of emails which will be perceived as a threat/spam by your email server and cause them to either be deferred or blocked.

Please wait 24 hours before trying again as the link contained in the email is only valid for 24 hours.
